Return/Refund Policy

At Bear Bones Brand, we want you to love your creepy, spooky, funny, and/or witty gear. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or just not quite right, we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color, etc.). Please double-check your size and color selections before placing your order.


✅ We Accept Returns For:

  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted

  • Incorrect items received

  • Orders covered under the EU 14-day cooling-off period


📦 How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at Bear.Bones.Brand.Store@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue

  3. If your return is approved, we’ll send you:

    • A return shipping label (if applicable)

    • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


📍 Return Address

Returns are processed through our fulfillment partner, Printful. We’ll provide the correct return address once your request is approved. If you're returning an item we shipped directly, use:

💸 Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.


🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be:

  • Unworn or unused

  • In original packaging

  • With tags and proof of purchase


💳 Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
