Shipping policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If a shipment has to be returned, an automated email notification will be sent to you.
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, or the carrier deems the address as insufficient, the shipment will be returned to the facility at which it was made.
Please contact us with your name and order number if you are having any one of these issues.
All sells are final. Our products are made as they are ordered. Unclaimed returns that sent back to the facility they were created and will donate to charity after 30 days. So please let us know when and if you have an issue with ether the delivery, or if the product is misprinted/damaged/defective.
